Ferrovial has presented its financial results for the first nine months of 2026, consolidating a solid operational evolution driven by the performance of its assets in the United States and the good progress of the construction division. The company achieved revenues of 7.402 million euros, representing an increase of 7.1% in reported terms and a significant growth of 10.8% in comparable terms (like-for-like) compared to the same period of the previous financial year.
The adjusted gross operating profit (Ebitda) stood at 1.210 million euros, recording a notable increase of 21.8% in comparable terms (a reported 17.4%). This progress is based on the profitability of the dynamic toll highways (Managed Lanes) in U.S. territory, whose average transaction fees continued to grow at double digits and comfortably exceeded inflation. The attributable net profit, for its part, reached 848 million euros.
By business areas, the Highways division saw its comparable revenues grow by 14.7%, contributing 816 million euros to the group’s adjusted Ebitda. Likewise, the Construction division showed outstanding operational performance with an adjusted Ebit margin of 4.1%, above the historical long-term target of 3.5% set by the company. The construction order book reached a record figure of 18.994 million euros (+8.2% like-for-like since December 2025).
In light of this solid operational cash generation and financial balance, the Board of Directors of Ferrovial has announced the approval of a flexible dividend (scrip dividend) of an aggregate amount of 600 million euros, which is expected to be paid out next December. With these figures, the multinational infrastructure company reaffirms the strength of its business model focused on high-quality assets and value-added concessions in North America.
