2. What personal data we collect

SUBSCRIPTION AND CONTACT FORMS
The data required in the subscription and contact forms are essential for your registration and the use of the service offered. When you use these services, it is understood that you grant your consent.
The banking data provided by the User to the Stripe payment gateway is not shared with Consejeros; please refer to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

3. Who we share your data with

Your personal data will not be transferred to any third party, unless with prior consent and explicit communication. Your data may be transferred to public bodies and authorities (administrative or judicial) in those cases where a legal norm so establishes.

4. How long we keep your data

For users who register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). The website administrators can also view and edit that information. In the event of terminating the business relationship, your data will be kept for a period of 5 years to address possible requests from public bodies and authorities in those cases where a legal norm so establishes.

5. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this website, you can request to receive an export file of the personal data we have about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we have about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

6. Compliance with regulations

Consejeros is subject to compliance with Spanish and European regulations, ensuring the USER's compliance with the obligations set forth by the current data protection regulations.

7. Protection against automated registrations

To protect registration forms against spam and automated use, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service from Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).

Turnstile works invisibly: it does not ask you to solve any tests. When submitting one of these forms, it analyses certain technical signals in your browser to verify that the request is made by a person and not an automated program. Among those signals are the IP address, the type and configuration of the browser and device, and data from the interaction with the page. Cloudflare processes this information solely for that purpose and does not use it to show you advertising.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website and our users' accounts, and in preventing fraudulent registrations (art. 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Cloudflare may process this data outside the European Economic Area. International transfers are covered by Cloudflare's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can check how Cloudflare handles Turnstile data in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
