The communication group will propose at the Extraordinary General Meeting the approval of an interim dividend based on the results of the 2026 financial year amounting to €0.83 gross for each of the 225,732,800 shares, which implies a total payout of €186.75 million.

Considering that Atresmedia is trading at €5.27 per share, the payment implies a dividend yield of 14.2% and adds to the €0.21 per share that was already paid last June.

The distribution of this dividend is largely linked to the sale of its 5.2% stake that it still held in Fever Labs, and whose divestment the company announced on 15 September, for an amount of €227 million, which resulted in a capital gain of approximately €205 million.

With this dividend, which is distributed both from the ordinary profits of the activity and from the capital gains obtained from the sale of Fever, the company ultimately distributes among its shareholders what has been an investment of extraordinary profitability and whose value in the balance sheet was not being recognised by the market. We positively value both the sale of the stake and the distribution of the funds obtained among the company's shareholders. We currently have both the recommendation and the target price of the entity "Under Review".
