Success of Greening's takeover bid for Energy Solar Tech with 92% support from the share capital

The Public Takeover Bid launched by Greening for Energy Solar Tech has concluded favourably after securing the support of more than 92% of the share capital. The level of backing obtained exceeds the minimum threshold set for the validity of the operation, which enables the execution of the settlement phases in accordance with the timelines set by the company.

Shareholders of Energy Solar Tech who have participated in the offer will receive 0.9546 new shares of Greening for each share contributed.

For its part, Greening will carry out the corresponding non-cash capital increase, the execution of which will be communicated to the market once the necessary procedures are completed.

The incorporation of Energy Solar Tech represents a new step in the execution of Greening's Strategic Plan 2026-30, which aims to build an integrated energy platform. In fact, the acquisition of Energy Solar Tech constitutes the second corporate operation carried out by Greening within this roadmap after the takeover bid for EidF last January.
